Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days to Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Delivery to other cities typically takes 3–6 working days. We offer express 24-hour delivery to major cities for an additional fee.
We offer exchanges only, no returns. Unworn items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided shoes are in original condition with all packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it through to delivery.
Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. Simply select it at checkout when placing your order.
