THEWEARSOFT collects the details you give us when you shop or create an account, including your name, email, phone, delivery address, and order history. We use that information to take your order, deliver it, and reply when you contact us.

Payment and delivery partners receive only what they need to complete their part of the order. We do not sell your contact details.

If an account is restricted after repeated delivery problems, the reason stays internal. You can contact the studio if you think a restriction was a mistake.
